Back Injury Prevention (Online / Self-Paced)
Learn how to maintain a healthy back to increase your productivity, lower your medical costs and gain a better quality of life. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with helpful tips to maintain a healthy back at work and in everyday life.
Bloodborne Pathogens (Online / Self-Paced or Virtual / Instructor Led)
This online class is an overview of bloodborne pathogens in the general workplace. This course will identify what are bloodborne pathogens, look at OSHA / PEERP standards regarding bloodborne pathogens, and identify employer responsibilities related to compliance with OSHA / PERRP standards.
Core Safety Orientation (Virtual / Instructor Led)
There are many kinds of hazards in the workplace. This course will increase workers awareness and understanding of those hazards and will ensure every employee is a participant in Franklin County’s culture of safety.
CPR / First Aid / AED Training (Blended Learning Course: Online & In-Person)
The CPR / First Aid / AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. This course teaches the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed.
Defensive Driving: Distracted Driving (Online / Self-Paced)
Many accidents are caused by simply not paying attention, being on your phone, listening to the radio, talking with passengers, or anything that distracts your attention from the road can quickly cause an accident.
Defensive Driving: Hazardous Weather (Online / Self-Paced)

However, they are also incredibly delicate and susceptible to injury, particularly in hazardous environments. In this course, you will focus your attention on the importance of eye protection and the measures we can take to safeguard our vision.
Fire Safety (Online / Self-Paced)
Enhance workplace safety with comprehensive fire safety training. Learn to identify fire hazards, operate safety equipment, and assist disabled individuals during evacuations, ensuring a safer environment for all while preventing injuries, damage, and loss of life.
Hazard Communication (Online / Self-Paced)
Trains learners about the importance of the global standard, the 16 sections of a Safety Data Sheet, and the meaning behind each of the 9 Pictograms.
Hazard Communications Supervisor: Employee Training (Online / Self-Paced)
What is most important is that: workers understand that they are exposed to hazardous chemicals, know how to read labels and Safety data sheets, have a general understanding of what information is provided in these documents, and understand how to access these tools. Workers must also be aware of the protective measures available in their workplace, how to use or implement these measures, and who they should contact if an issue arises.
Heat Stress Prevention (In-Person Course)
In this training course, you will learn: What causes and contributes to heat stress, How to recognize heat illnesses & How to treat and prevent heat illnesses.
How to Develop a Safety Program: Workplace Risks & Hazards (Online / Self-Paced)
Before you can develop a successful safety training program you need to be fully aware of the specific types of hazards in your workplace. Since each industry is different, your training needs will need to be tailored to your workers and environment.
Ladder Safety (Online / Self-Paced)
Ladders are valuable tools, but they also put you at risk for potentially serious injuries. This training course highlights the dangers of ladder use and outlines key safety practices.
OSHA 10 - Hour Training (In-Person Course)
The OSHA 10-hour general industry training is recommended as an introductory orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. This training teaches students general awareness about identifying and preventing workplace hazards.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Overview (Online / Self-Paced)

Slips, Trips, and Falls (Virtual / Instructor Led)
The primary goal of this course is to teach you how to identify and eliminate common work-related risks that lead to dangerous slips, trips, and falls.
Workstation Ergonomics (Virtual / Instructor Led)
This is a deep dive into best practices to achieve proper ergonomics in an office environment. The topics that we will be looking into includes how to maintain a neutral body position through equipment configuration of your chair, keyboard and mouse, monitor, and overall workplace environment.
